He’s been with us for a long time. He’s grown up in the home service business and has been part of this journey since he was very young. He always wanted to be out there with me, learning, watching, and doing the work.
I feel incredibly lucky that he wanted to be next to his father and be involved in what we were building. Over the years, as we grew the company and stayed committed to doing things the right way, I was able to set an example that he genuinely wanted to follow.
Today, he’s 22 years old and still working with us. He understands the standards, the expectations, and the responsibility that comes with our name. Whether it’s me or my son on a job site, customers can expect the same results and the same level of care.
